Super Chia is a fantastic healthy snack to have prepped and ready to eat at a moments notice. Chia is jammed packed with vitamins, minerals, fiber, healthy fats, and protein. Gram for gram there are not many foods that offer so much nutrition in such a small serving. 


1 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk

2 Tbsp Chia Seeds

1 Tbsp Superlose 

1 Tbsp LevelUp® Fortified Multi-Collagen

Mix all ingredients together. Whisk in a bowl or shake (in shaker bottle) for 2 minutes to prevent the Chia from clumping. It will be ready in a few hours but best if you leave overnight. It makes for a perfect quick breakfast or snack! You can add topping before serving or eat as is. Cinnamon, blueberries, shredded coconut, peanut butter, or whatever you prefer!
